Pastry chef, Bakers and Cashier positions now available.

We are Italian bakers of the finest quality breads, pastries and cakes fresh from the oven. Our breads, pastries and cakes represent our conviction in serving only the very best traditional baked goods from the freshest ingredients. They are a simple pleasure, honest and authentic.

All candidates must:
At least 2 years experience in commercial bakery

  • Strong work ethics, Be a team player, with great attitude, communicate well with others
  • Be willing to work all shifts available including weekends if necessary
  • Be able to lift 50 lb
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus however not a major decisive factor

Pastry chef:
– MUST HAVE a vast knowledge in, but not limited to, cakes (baking from scratch, assembling, decorating) plated desserts, pastries, individual cakes, cookies etc.
– Must have an open communication with everyone involved in the production

Work closely with the other managers to implement and enforce company’s policies, constantly monitoring and maintaining high quality standards, Insure proper kitchen and equipment sanitation and cleanliness.
Report to executive pastry chef and/or Owners.
Baker:
-MUST HAVE A profound understanding of yeast dough and products, including but not limited to bread, (baking from scratch, forming, proofing and baking of rolls, loafs, sourdough and straight dough) laminated dough (croissants, Danish, brioche: mixing from scratch, laminating, hand forming, proofing and baking)
-Must have an open communication with everyone involved in the production and sales;
Work closely with the other managers to implement and enforce company’s policies, constantly monitoring and maintaining high quality standards, Insure proper kitchen and equipment sanitation and cleanliness.
-Report to executive baker chef and/or Owners.
